People float up to the counter in a nebulous wave, not knowing who's in front waiting to place an order and who's waiting for their food to be prepared. To add to the effect, there's usually another employee not helping with the line. Every time I go here, I'm disappointed and immediately regret having gave it another chance.July 15, 2016
